In order to facilitate external evaluation and create opportunities for feedback and technology partnerships Cs3 has formed the Cs3 Technology Test Consortium. Participants currently include organizations from the commercial, government and research sectors.

Technologies available for participants in the Cs3 Test Consortium include:
