Collabrium
Library
The Library is used to organize all sorts of downloadable
reference materials related to the specific meeting you
logged into when entering Collabrium.

The
Library offers:
- 4
different shelves are offered in the Library to help organize
the information in the library.
- Both
the captions and specific contents of each shelf are determined
by the participants.
- Any
participant can upload a document for others in the group
to see instantaneously!
- Arrival
of a new document is notified to you, so you can go to
the library to peruse it.

Collabrium
Theater
The Theater is used to provide streaming
content over the Web. Video, audio, and other streaming media
can be used in this room. In the theater, the following features
are offered: |

in the theater.

Captions and titles are supplied by the meeting coordinator; for example, someone teaching a course.

theater can accommodate heavy content that is streamed (rather
than downloaded entirely) from a Web server.

Collabrium
Meeting Room
The Meeting Room is where participants come face to face
with one another. By definition, it is a public space, allowing
for dynamic interaction. It is also a place where one can
see who else is attending the meeting at a given time.

The
meeting room offers:
- Avatars
for each user that are chosen by the user to represent
them inside the software.

Ability to create and manage agendas and checklists dynamically
for the group. The meeting coordinator is the only one
authorized to modify the agenda, but participants can
follow along.
- Ability
to chat with other meeting participants, or instant message
a specific meeting participant.

Collabrium Office
The Collabrium Office is a personal space intended for users
to customize their meeting characteristics or set up meetings:
- Users
choose their own avatars in their office.
- Users
can create meetings, and modify the participant lists
for the meetings they are coordinating.
- Special
users, called administrators, can create new user accounts
through this space

Lounge
The Lounge is an area for light interactions between participants.
It is intended to be a region in which no interactions are
recorded, but access is provided to recreational and entertainment
material.
- The
Lounge offers a set of URLs that people can visit.

Participants can interact without reservation that their
conversation will be tracked.
